Mocha Java

Mocha Java is one of the world’s oldest blends, traditionally combining bright, fruity beans from Yemen (or Ethiopia) with earthy Indonesian Java beans. It offers a full, silky or creamy body with low to balanced acidity, and flavors like bittersweet chocolate, cocoa, hazelnut or almond, berry or dried fruit, floral notes, and exotic spices (such as frankincense or pepper). The result is an earthy yet sweet profile with syrupy spice and a smooth finish.
